Who Can Join
Membership typically falls under the following business or organisation types:
- Visual Communications firms
- Multi-media Companies
- Commercial Interior Design Practices
- Exhibition Design Businesses
- Product Design companies
- Design Management Practices
- Branding Strategy firms
Full Membership is for limited companies and partnerships, that have a trading history in recognised design disciplines of over three years and must be based on the Island of Ireland.
Business activity must be a business to business design service.
Associate Membership is open to design companies who have less than three years professional experience and/or whose work has not, in the opinion of membership examiners reached the standard required for full membership.
Associate Membership is be also open to organisations such as professional organisations and associations, educational institutions in the area of design, who wish to become members but who obviously fall outside the outlined criteria for membership.
